Each year, or whenever your job is changed You must fill out the PSLF Form. This will make sure that you’re eligible for the program and immediately transfer the loan to MOHELA which is the organization who manages the program. After you’ve completed the form and have completed the required paperwork, you’ll need to submit supporting documents to prove that you’re still employed.
