In order to submit the PSLF form for recertifying employment is a requirement that you send it to MOHELA. MOHELA will review the form and let you know how many qualifying payments you have made.
The PSLF is required to be completed each year. This will allow you be eligible to participate in the program. It also transfers your loan to MOHELA (the agency that runs it). Once you’ve submitted the form it is required to provide any supporting documents to prove that you’re still working.
